Spaghetti Carbonara is made by mixing hot pasta with eggs, cheese and fried bacon (or pancetta, the posh Italian version), so you get a rich creamy sauce full of crispy little savoury bits. Gorgeous chef Nigella Lawson eats this ultimate comfort food in bed, but she's probably better than us at not splattering spaghetti. We prefer the sofa, the TV and a giant bib.
