Just-Eat.co.uk opened early 2006. After 6 months of preparation and hard work, the team behind the concept was ready to fulfill the ultimate need - Food.

In todays busy world everybody is short on time. Before we arrive home from work, we have to attend evening meetings, work out at the gym, or network with business clients and associates.

Shareholders:

Jesper Buch

Founder and shareholder in Just-Eat.com. Jesper grew up in the restaurant business and through this knows what it takes to run a restaurant with success. Besides this Jesper is a first lieutenant in the Royal Danish army and bachelor in marketing and economics. Previously worked a the Danish Embassy in Oslo (Department of Commerce). Jesper is Managing Director and also in charge of marketing.

Jesper Buch has been one of the leading pioneers in E-Commerce within the last 4 years and is very wellknown in this industry in Scandinavia. Jesper Buch has turned Just-eat from a company in a cellar with a staff of 3 into a marketleader in Europe.

Klaus Nyengaard
CEO of Just-Eat Holding, responsible for the overall development of the companies within the group. Klaus has a Masters Degree in Business & Economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark and Cranfield School of Management. Klaus previous experience includes McKinsey, Schibsted ASA and JP/Politikens Hus.

David Buttress

CEO of Just-Eat.co.uk Ltd. - David has an honours degree in Law & Business and started his career with Coca-Cola Enterprises at the start of 1998. He won the prestigious Account Manager of the Year award when he was managing the key national restaurant customers in the UK. David is responsible for ensuring we deliver great restaurant to you our customers and great service to all the restaurants that are our partners on Just-Eat.co.uk.

OWNERS
Other than Jesper Buch, Just-Eat is owned by a number of private individuals who over the years have contributed to the success of Just-Eat. Among these are Bo Bendtsen, a successful IT-entrepeneur and Carsten Mikkelsen who build one of the biggest nightclub chains in Europe.
