Burger toppings: The Great DebateIt’s perhaps one of the greatest takeaways known to humankind: the humble hamburger. Easily portable and undeniably snackable, it’s the takeaway that’s there for you like a good mate. Here at, one of our favourite things about a hamburger is its ability to change from something modest to something truly spectacular depending on the toppings; giving something to match mood or whim. Next time you’re waiting for that burger to come off the grill, try taking on some of these toppings:

The Kiwi: fried egg, beetroot and pineapple

The Elvis: Bacon, cheese and a smear of peanut butter

The Blue moon: grilled mushrooms, blue cheese and mayo

The Italiano: pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce

The Luther Burger: a double cheeseburger with bacon, served between a halved donut (not for the faint-hearted)
