The quality of the food I received was good, however, some items I had ordered were not available and I chose a specific delivery time but my order was delivered between 30 and 45 minutes early.

Shocking service. Delivered half an hour late, greeted by rude delivery man. Food was stone cold and only got one of the two chapati´s i ordered. Phoned up to complain, man on the phone said he would find his manager but instead hung up on me. Called again, he said his manager wasn´t in and that he´d call tomorrow night. I found the whole service unprofessional, rude and just generally unhelpful. I´d strongly avoid eating here.

Ordered the curry meal deal for 1. Was meant to get vegetable pakora but did not get any. I ordered 2 cans of diet coke but got regular coca cola. Delivery driver stopped at bottom of building and I had to go down and collect the order. I called 7 Spices to ask what happened with the pakora and juice. Spoke to 1 of the staff who asked me what I wanted him to do about it, I asked him what he would normally do in this situation. He said he did not know, I then asked again. When I asked for the second time he said that when I next ordered a takeaway he would give me something at a discount price or something free with my meal.

7-spices (gallowgat) order - chip cheese and donner meat, chicken curry and rice roll and donner double cheese burger The order took an hour and a half to arrive, was cold and the rolls stated that they cam with salad and sauce and didnt, they were very dry.

The order took atleast half an hour longer than it was meant to. Quality of food was good, HOWEVER we had to phone up and complain as we did not recieve everything we had ordered.
