Mr Chung started the first 'Amber' Restaurant here more than 20 years ago. He has since gained a strong reputation for undeniable quality and service and is now established in a convenient City Centre. At Amber they offer a huge range of tasty Oriental Dishes including the very popular Fish, Beef, Sweet and Sour and Chow Mein Dishes. Amber also offers a variety of Chef’s Specials which are combination dishes and include chicken, duck, beef and pork so for something a bit different check out this option. Whatever you choose you are sure to enjoy as all their food is packed full of taste. Amber opening times are Monday to Sunday 17:00 - 23:30.
