On time, excellent meal and service

i ordered the 3 pizza´s for £12 deal and a few other items from here. i asked for a free margaritta which it says you get free when you spend over a certain amount. when my order arrived there was no free pizza. i told the driver who said he would bring it, 10 minutes later i received a call from the shop saying you didn´t get the free item, i pointed out this is not mentioned on website. the girl said she would speak with the manager, i waited for a call back or the pizza delivered i got neither, so i rang back the girl went to get the manager then the manager hung up on me without even speaking. when i rang back again he was so rude and nasty but did say they would send the pizza. i will not be eating it as god only know what they will do to it out of spite. never again will i order from here. ordered the kids a pizza from another shop instead.
