Mezza

I waited nearly 2 HOURS for the meal & called Mezza twice to find out where the food was. They used the excuse they were busy but that was not my fault, they should call customers who are waiting if there is a delay, also food was cold and poor quality and expensive for what you got. The driver went to wrong door. I stood outside waiting for him several times but got cold and returned indoors to call Mezza. The woman I spoke was clearly not interested and kept saying ´What do you want me to do? we´re busy! I will never order from them again and will tell all friends to avoid it. Have also eaten in restaurant when it first opened and it was awful then, they seem very unorganised. Obviously there is no improvement. Wish I had ordered pizza.
