the food was lovely but my order was never completed and when I spoke to live chat I was told they had excepted it and it would be with me in 45 mins after asking if the live chat was joking ( Id already sat waiting 20 mins for my order to be confirmed) my order arrived 25 mins after i placed it had still not been confirmed

rewuested no salad on an order- and this request was ignored. 20mins after the delivery time I recieved a phonecall wanting to know why I had not answered the door, and advised no one had rang the door bell or knocked on the door- as I have a dog who would have heard even quiet knocking. Was answered rahter rudely that I better answer the door this time. When delivery arrived they tried to blame it on my doorbell- then pressed the doorbell that could clearly be heard ringing. By the time the food had arrived it was cold.
