Disappointed.. The food arrived after 1 and a half hours, and it wasn´t even the complete order. They replaced my chicken donner with lamb donner, and gave a wings meal without any fries or drink. The only decent thing was the half tandoori, and even that was completely drenched in food colouring. In their defense, they did call me to tell me they had run out of chicken donner but i missed the call - but i phoned them back 5 minutes later and didn´t get through. Not a valid reason to replace my meal with some unwanted dish! When i phoned them to complain, the man told me ´Sorry ma´am, i can give your money back..´ then he backed out and said, ´Sorry i can´t refund you.´ Extremely poor customer service, and a complete waste of time and money.. Not happy at all.

Balti Lord of Leyton, London, has been given a Food Hygiene Rating of 0 stars (out of 5) by London Borough of Waltham Forest on 21st September 2010. Wish I knew that before I ordered from them.
