Banana Leaf South Indian

delivery guy VERY rude - expected me to meet him at reception which defeats the purpose of delivery, and when i told him to come around the corner, he handed me the food and shook his head disapprovingly.

The food is delicious, but delivery time was not only an hour and a half, but an additional 30 minutes late. Very disappointing as I´ve ordered from them before and never had such a long wait.

I dont usually write reviews but the experience I had with the Banana Leaf required it. After 1 and a half hours of waiting for the food to turn up, I received the wrong order, running late for a night out, I decided to just eat what I had received and forget about it. My mistake, I spent the rest of the night being violently ill, and regretting ever getting a Banana Leaf meal. This restaraunt is to be avoided like the plague

I placed my order at 8:15pm tonight but it didn´t arrive until 9:45pm after several phone calls to the restaurant where I was assured that it would be ready "very very soon". There was no word of an apology or explanation from the restaurant or the driver, and when it arrived it was actually cold and had to be microwaved. Very disappointed as this used to be a good takeaway of above average quality. Won´t be ordering from them again.
