the pizzas are really nice and the student deal is such good value for money. service is always friendly and delivery is on time but they never read the comments/ requests so we never get the free stuff for spending over a certain amount.

Order came 1 hour and 10 minutes AFTER stated delivery time. Food was closer to cold than warm and partly burnt I was informed by the takeaway that just-eat only sent them the order 10mins before the stated delivery time. Dont recommend as the food was not worth it at all whatsoever.

Really great kebabs and huge! Big Mama´s staff always read the message you add when ordering which is nice as lots of places don´t. Delivery time can be a bit late some times but i think thats because they are so popular...have had a few things missed from an order chips once and coke the other but when i rang up they sent the missed items straight away. The staff are friendly too :>

slow to deliver and definitely not worth the wait. Ordered 2 pizza´s, one was pretty much inedible and was quickly introduced to the bin. The other was partial eaten, overwhelming hunger forcing us to ignore the odd taste. the best thing about the meal was the cans of pepsi!

Good food as always, service with a smile!!! I´ve used these guys for years and will always go back and recommend although sometimes the waiting times can be high. Extra chip portions occasionally keep us coming back though.
