Ordered food to be delivered for 7.05pm and it turned up before 6pm. Food then had to be reheated when others returned home after 7. Would have been impressed on quick delivery had a time not been specified.Unfortunately, some guests had to eat re-heated food.

The expected delivery time was 22:25 after i ordered at 21:30, food still hadnt turned up by 23:15... awful

Last time I ordered was on 19/10/2012 & the order was ruined. I called back straight away & demanded an explanation. I was told my next order would be free. Well I´ve just ordered not long ago & explained in comment box the current situation. They called me back and said my order isn´t free, I should of called back when I discovered last order was ruined (which I did) & then he said his asked all employee´s & none of them can recall saying that to anybody. Absolute joke of a company & lack of attention to food preparation. No respect for customers or the food. Never coming back again & would advise everyone else to go elsewhere.

Food was wrong. Ordered 7" pizza with any 4 toppings, 2 chicken pieces + chips & 2 mixed kebabs, one with naan & one with chips. The naan meal covered in mayonnaise & chips meal covered in chilli sauce. Kebabs arrived but both had mayonnaise on & pizza only had 3 toppings we asked for. Only thing was right was the chicken + chips. Complained on the phone & was told we could have our next meal for free. See if they stay true to there word.
