Ordered at 1905 and was accepted with promised delivery of 2005. Received phone call at 1947 to say that they did not have what we had ordered and "do you want something else" . Why accept the order and then say you can´t do it almost an hour later . Will never use again -

well, ordered food at 8:40pm, now it is 10:20pm and the food hasnt even come yet and it was meant to be here 1 hour ago (9:25pm) called charcoal grill and the man was unhelpful and rude-terrible service!!

been here a few times the food is ok. the best burger is probably the chicken in a bun and the kebabs are pretty nice. Nice portion sizes so does feel you up and not bad priced :)
