CHELLOS

I just fancied a donner kebab out of the blue so ordered the large donner kebab meal, which comes with the kebab, a separate container of chips (not the small burger size container) and a can of soft drink, for £4.50, bargain! The order came half an hour before estimated on the site, which was a nice surprise. The donner kebabs from Chello´s don´t come with pitta bread, they are all in a large soft bread wrap, which is nicer I think, not cardboardy like pitta and doesn´t get lost under it all. There was plenty of donner meat, it wasn´t greasy at all, or dried out. I had asked in the little box for plenty of salad but just a little sauce, which is exactly what I got. The salad is always lovely and fresh and crisp from Chello´s too. The chips were meh like almost every takeaway, but they were hot at least. The only criticism I have of the order is that the kebab was barely lukewarm, which is very disappointing given that you can´t really blast it in the microwave, or you get hot salad. I do understand that salad cools the meat to a degree, but not as much as this. The chips were piping hot, so they must have made the kebab then remembered that the ordered needed chips, and then made them while the kebab cooled down. I´ll use them again though as the quality of the ingredients is always nice. :)

The delivery was super quick less than 20 min, food was fantastic, huge portions and good quality. I also recieved a call to ask what kind of sauce I would prefer, and about the salad because I forgot to leave a note about it. Never let us down. Thanks guys!

Nice Indian food from Chellos, would recommend it.

My order had been mixed up, got Coke instead of Irn bru, and Chellos Deluxe burger instead of Hawaiian burger. But it was fresh and tasty.

The quality of the food is perfect, the delivery time is optional, correct service overall.
