Hot, fast and tasty

Having read the reviews for Chicken Cottage about orders getting mixed up etc, I decided to phone the restaurant to confirm that they´d received my order after sending it via "Just Eat". It was just as well because they hadn´t received it! However, while still talking to the staff, my order eventually arrived. I was told that normally there would be a 45 minute waiting time from the receipt of my order but seeing as it had already been delayed by nearly 10 minutes (for some reason!) they´d rush it out to me as soon as possible. They were true to their word too! My food arrived around 35 minutes after the phone call and my potato wedges were super hot! The large fries were HUGE and the bun of my vege-burger was so soft and yummy (seriously, my mouth is watering as I write)! There was so much food, I literally had to leave some for the following day. I was also given lots of complimentary salt, pepper, ketchup and mayonnaise. My only tiny critisism is that the onion rings had a weeny bit of a bitter after-taste. However, when I ate them the next day, I couldn´t notice it any more. All in all, a super tasty meal and extremely filling -fab for an occasional treat :-)
