exected delivery was 15:15 came an hour later not even warm ansked for boneless and got legs totally disapointed

i was a little disappointed with my take away this time as when it arrived we were informed we had to pay an extra pound for delivery and although i am not tight with my money i would have like to have been informed of this extra charge before my delivery turned up especially as i had paid by card i feel its a little rude to not inform the customer there is an extra charge. some of my food was cold and my chips had some sort of spice or something on them which i had not requested and it was not stated on the menu that they put anything on thier chips all in all it was what you could expect from a take away
