Chicken Ranch

my order was over half an hour late so i called the takeaway and asked when it would be arriving,they hadnt even started the order and the guy who answered the phone didnt really care about my order,and then to make things worse all of the burgers we ordered had chilli sauce on them which wasnt ordered,this place seems very unprofesional...........

Food was sent in a taxi as they had trouble finding the adress even after it was explained 3 times over the phone! Ordered for 10 pm but came at 11.30! Food was microwaved so the chips ended up soggy. After all this they demanded the full payment and gave us no freebies and no apology.. Do not order from this takeaway if you want good food!

We ordered food - after a hour we called then to ask them were the food was - after 4 times of hanging up on me they advised it would be 15 min - after 30 i called the again they them hung up on me a further 3 times!!! disgusting service and we would never use them again!!!
