The food was fine & the services was good. The shop contacted me after ordering to advise I had not picked my free pizza. However I will not be ordering from them again as it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Not good as I had two 11 years old waiting for their pizza & it did not arrive until 11.20pm.

Pizzas ordered at 9.00pm, delivery time 10.40pm. The pizza still has not arrived as i write this at 11.15pm. Phonecalls to Chinchillas were extremely unhelpful, rude with no consideration about the delay. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY!

Absolutely terrible. Got our order wrong twice. The service we received was the worst service Ive ever seen. Would not reccomend this takeaway to anyone. Did not even get an apology for them getting our order wrong twice. Will never order from here again and the quality of the food was awful.
