I am deeply disappointed with the service and delivery time.I have been a regular customer for over 10 years and will not be returning after waiting a hour and a half on delivery! When phoning to complain I was told they would phone me back still awaiting that phone call!

If I could score the service below worst, I certainly would. This takeaway´s customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered beef satay and received my delivery around about an hour later. To my disappointment, they had sent me the wrong meal. I called up to enquire about the mix up, simply asking if they would possibly send me out a replacement meal, when to my horror they point blank refused and began arguing with me. They told me it was my problem and I would have to deal with it and overall just being incredibly rude, until they hung up the phone on me as I refused to back down. Would I order from here again? Highly unlikey due to the repulsive attitude they have towards their customers.
