Dragon Way EH9

Take-away might be different but delivery was a disaster. I called the restaurant when the food was half an hour late and was a bit worried to be told it was on its way - obviously a big fib because I hadn´t even told the guy what order I was calling about. Needless to say the order never arrived. After another 30mins we finally cancelled through Just Eat (who were very helpful). Delays can happen, however the restaurant clearly had no interest in resolving the matter. If you don´t want a long, pointless, not to mention hungry wait then I´d go somewhere else. Very poor.

Appalling service.waited over an hour for our order and when we phoned were told that they had tried to contact me 3 times (untrue) and that they didn´t serve any pork.(we ordered spare ribs). Its blatantly advertised on their menu in a whole section of pork dishes and nowhere did it say that they were a Halal restaurant as they claimed on the phone. Eventually gave up. Put me off ever eating here again.

I haven´t had a single successful order from Dragon Way. Despite the menu, they have NO pork dishes, and the last time they also had no ribs, and no seaweed. We decided to cancel the order, and have yet to recieve our refund.
