Flying Fish Sushi aim to offer premium quality Sushi using the finest ingredients available, at an affordable price. Their experienced sushi chefs make their sushi in the traditional manner, in a dedicated sushi kitchen which is not contaminated with the odours and by-products of other foods. Their sushi is freshly made-to-order and don’t use ingredients with artificial colourings or preservatives or other chemical additives, and wherever possible their ingredients are either organically produced or wild.
