Food City

It somehow surprises me seeing so many negative rating over here. I´ve found them to be decent, a good value for money. I have ordered from them a number of times and I find them ok.

Terrible food, terrible service. Food took ages, was barely warm and pretty disgusting, then I found a plastic bottle top in my food. Was refused a refund claiming that I put it there myself. Will definitely never order again and would urge others not to.

The order arrived on time but was cold and was not correct. When i rang they said they would look into it and ring me back which they did not do. When i called again they informed me they had forgotten an item and that it would take a further 45mins to deliver. They refused to compensate stating it did not matter if we came back again and that because we had paid they had to deliver the items. Terrible customer service. Never use.
