Ginnan Sushi & Japanese Cuisine

Took an hour for really poor quality food to turn up. Ordered edamame, dumplings, tempura and chicken katsu curry, served with a limp salad of iceberg lettuce and two pieces of rocket(!). The dumplings and tempura were soggy and cold. They failed to bring the katsu sauce. I rang them and they brought what appeared to be a weird brown sauce with a dollop of english mustard in (not mixed together). When I mixed it together it came out the colour of katsu sauce but tasted nothing like it - just plain strange!! If you´re going to come and bring the sauce that you forgot in the first place at least bring the right sauce! We did get compensated for their mistake with a can of diet coke - how generous!!! In addition, the chicken was poor quality, chewy and also cold. Overall, it was a bizarre experience and the food was revolting. I would urge you not to waste your money on this inedible food. This was the worst take away I have ever had by far. I was sad to have wasted £24 on this just because I didn´t want to walk to the local japanese restaurant Shibuya where I would have paid the same and got delicious fresh food. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
