this was the first time i had used the online delivery service and i found it very good, the delivery time was very fast as opposed to ringing in.

Service and delivery was fine, but the food is simply awful. I´ve now had three different meals from this takeaway, each containing chicken, and in each one the chicken was old, dry, rubbery and tasteless. Their fried rice looks and tastes burnt. I worked in the catering industry for years, and in my considered opinion the person cooking this food was not a qualified chef, and the ingredients seem cheap and substandard (e.g. frozen chicken fillets). I could be wrong, and maybe it was just a very bad week for them, but I get the impression (from lack of customers) that it´s more than that.
