Indian Rasoi SW8

It took far longer for the takeaway to arrive, than indicated by them (nearly an extra hour). When I rang them to find out what was happening I was told to hold on for so long I thought they´d forgotten about me, though I could hear them in the background taking other orders and discussing mine (it sounded like they´d forgotten it). I was told the driver was on his way but they would check with him to check, but I never got a call back. The food wasn´t piping hot and was disappointing (I´ve had much better from here). The Tarka Dal wasn´t at all spicy and the rice was extremely salty. Very disappointing :(

It took nearly 2 hours to get to me and when asked about a discount was informed no-chance, did not even get told about the delay had to chase the order myself. Also asked for a 1.5 litre bottle of diet coke and received a small can of coke. Very poor service and delivery.

poor delivery time given because i had asked for the delivery to arrive at 8pm... it arrived at 5.45
