champion!

This is the first time we´ve ever ordered a takeaway from Jeera Tandoori in North Shields or through Just Eat. The delivery time was corrected by the restaurant to be 15 minutes later than originally ordered and then arrived 3 minutes before the original order time - not great for planning an evening but I can´t say this bothered us much however the food was appalling. We had two starters which were both dry and the meat in the mixed kebab was incredibly salty. The main courses were bland with both the lamb and chicken very dry and overcooked and again the meat was very salty. The rice was ok and the peshwari naan was quite tasty but again very dry. Not a patch on the food from The Gate of India in Tynemouth or Shahenshah in Whitley Bay. Very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering again.

Its been a long time since i have had a proper hot chicken vindaloo and this one was spot on ,delivery was right on time .

I have tried most of the Indian restaurants and take aways down the coastal area, the meal me and my wife had was one of the best, loads of flavour, just perfect. I live about 3.5 miles from the restaurant and delivery wasnt a problem Big T mmmmmm
