Ordered food at 2115 - at 2240 I called the shop to see where the food was and it was still there waiting to be sent out - they were very busy apparently?!

After several orders from this restaurant we will NOT be using them again. Last night our food arrived just over 2 hours after we ordered it... half an hour AFTER we´d gone to bed. The food is absolutely faultless, which makes it such a shame that the customer service and delivery time is so horrendous. Shame on you, Kebab King, you just lost a regular weekly order.
