Polite service, OK flavour, Delivery time quoted too optimistic.

Food arrived quite quickly. It was piping hot. Tasted delicious..and I wasn´t disappointed. This is 2nd time I am using Kismat via this website.. Favourite Indian restaurant so far!!

Website stated 45 mins for delivery. When I ordered I was given an estimate of 55 mins, which was fine, but the food actually turned up after nearly 2 hours. Ordered the food at 9:10pm but was only able to eat at around 11pm, which was pretty late. Got a "sorry it´s late" from the driver but nothing else. Portions weren´t bad, besides the King Prawn Bhoona, which was £6.40 but only had around 5 prawns in it with a small amount of sauce. Entire portion filled up only 1/3 of the container. Most of the food was luke warm, had to reheat in the microwave. Only about 10 mins drive so shouldn´t have cooled down at all. Also the Chicken Tikka Zalpiazi was rated as "hot" but really wasn´t. I wouldn´t order from here again. I understand they were busy so service was slow, but a simple phone call to apologise and a free naan would have put the service score up to 6 and delivery time up to 4.

I love this Curry House. Food comes piping hot and very tasty!!! We have no complaints.. I am about to order my 3rd takeout from them!!
