Little Bengal Indian restaurant and Takeaway

We ordered our meal for 6.30pm and it arrived at 5.45 which was a bit early. The food was hot but my Balti special which had plenty of meat lacked flavour. We shall order again shortly to see if it was just one of those things.

A very disappointing curry. The Gurkha Masala seems to get its heat/flavour from mustard powder which was extremely over-powering and tasted awful. I asked for it Vindaloo hot and specifically added that I wanted it very hot (to avoid any ambiguity). It arrived at a mild/medium heat (which was surprising considering the amount of whatever was tasting like mustard powder. However, the keema naan was very tasty as was the tarka daal which was exceptional. Please give these guys the benefit of the doubt but perhaps avoid the gurkha masala. Good price, very quick delivery (about 35 mins on friday night), great sundries, but terrible curry (
