this is the second time they´ve been ridiculously late, more fool me for ordering from them again, this´ll be the last time though

We were told the food would arrive within 30 minutes of our ordering time, but it actually arrived a stylishly late hour and twenty minutes after we ordered it. Four or five phone calls were made following the online order, just to be told each time that the driver was two minutes away. When, eventually, the driver did arrive, we asked him to call his superviser to discuss a discount for the late arrival. Our order price was lowered from £11.50 to £8. This was a pleasant consolation, but I do not consider it adequate due to the entire meal being room temperature upon arrival.

You guys used to be good, you are awful now. Wrong drink, soggy food, cold pizza. AVOID from now on.
