Manzil balti house. We ordered a chicken rogan josh and a tandoori tikka massala with 2 rice and a naan bread. Unfortunately the meal was delivered later than expected and when it arrived they had missed off one of the curries and one poppadom that had been crushed to a pulp. When i phoned the takeaway they denied having recieved the correct order (and failed to apologise). but said that the remaining curry would be delivered in 10-15mins. 40 mins later we recieved the other curry which meant a 2hour wait for our meal! the delvery man also bought an apologetic pilau rice but seeing as we´d ordered 2 rices already this was neither use nor ornament. we were also told that we´d recieve 15% off our next order, but we won´t be using this takeaway again. The curries were not even an average standard being very bland and with no obivous spice. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed to pay close to £18 for such substandard service and food. There are far better options elsewhere in sheffield and we will be reverting to these. Avoid.
