DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY! The food took over an hour to arrive, rather than the 40-50mins I was expecting, once it did arrive, the driver had no change, was very arrogant and rude and kept the takeaway whilst he went off to find change. I called the takeaway to explain the situation who promptly told me to order from another takeaway, not quite the answer I was expecting! Luckily, I ordered from Bengal Spice (also in Sittingbourne), their order arrived within 40mins and the driver had the exact change upon arrival.

we have always used masala magic and they are normally excellent, good service brilliant food. We made a recent order with them and they made a mistake on our order missing out a few parts of it, we rang them stating what was missing (even thou they had already taken our money and charged us for it) they asked us if they could deliver it another day it now as we have already paid for it and we want it with our meal, they got funny about it as if it was our fault even thou it was der mess up, so purely for there rudeness on phone they have gone way don in my books and will not be purchasing a take away again!!!
