We ordered late at night after a hard day of building and still took them over an hour to deliver (sunday night) and the burgers and fries were stone cold and the bread was hard as a rock. I was starving and still couldn´t eat it, that bad!

Got my order wrong and served moldy cheese on my cheesy chips. The rest was good quality but I had to wait 1.5 hours for the replacement for my chips but when it came they gave me more than i bargained for giving me a chicken kebab meat wrap, a bag or bbq chicken wings and a box of chips as my compense

Very, very poor service. Food took 2 hours, from point of order, to arrive even after two calls to chase. Even after this length of time order was incorrect and delivery driver offered no apology. Pity, as what was delivered was actually very nice.
