Midnite Cookies

Half of the order did not arrive. When phoned to request the rest of my order was told that ´if they were delivering near my area i would get the rest of my order, if not they would credit an account with them so that i could get what i wanted next time i ordered´. When I finally had someone to agree to refund me I discovered that what i had been sent was wrong. The order itself was very late too. The cookies themself were tasty but would have been better without the stress!

1.5 hours for delivery. Milkshakes are tiny, smaller than a red bull can and thin and runny like milk with Nesquick in. Brownies didn´t come with any toppings despite being advertised as such. Caramel browny was indistinguishable from walnut. white chocolate chip cookie had no chocolate chips. Nutella panini was ok - a panini with a reasonable amount of nutella on. Nothing more, nothing less.

Waiting for hours

place an order if you dare - waited over an hour and a half for an order then was fobbed off on the phone. I guess it makes sense - why deliver £15 worth of food right away when the chances are if they wait they can take two deliveries to the same area.... useless
