I’ve been a customer of this take away for more than 4 years, i used to lie in Brighouse then moved to shelf, when I ordered I always paid £2 delivery for the extra miles, cause the food is so good, but the last time I ordered I got some cocky idiot who told me i should pay extra, obviously I wasn’t happy as I’ve spent £100’s over the years there, even there owner and lady who answered the phone knows me, but this night i got the stupid staff and he refused to deliver, then after just eat got involved i got my food, it was totally over cooked to the point it was not inedible, I called the restaurant and made them aware of the issue, they told me they wouldn’t deliver and would give me it free next time, obviously this is not cool, so after threatening them with a calling just eat again they delivered, but the next time i ordered they refused me, the owner said to just eat it’s too much hassle to deliver, my point is they have great food, but the service is rubbish from the staff in the take away, and I think it’s wrong they offer to deliver to destinations i.e. hx3 and then charge extra even though they add a charge of £1 when you order, if you want good food try them, if your ever unhappy with the service ask for the manager and he will not help or care you paid for your over cooked meal!
