Usually we enjoy the food from Milton Park Thai restaurant. However, we were so disappointed tonight. Firstly, the order took over an hour and a half, secondly the dishes were not well described in the menu so our fish had been deep fried although it was not described as such on the menu, and thirdly (and most importantly) our rice was missing! I rang the restaurant and they offered to give me the rice "free" next time - how can it be free if we paid already?! She did not even apologise, just told me how busy the are. When I called back a manager said at first he could not refund me the money, then said he would refund it next time I ordered from them. I replied I don´t want to order from them again and he said he would have to talk to "just eat" to arrange a refund. I spoke to Just Eat directly. They were very apologetic and helpful and arranged the refund themselves. Brilliant service from Just Eat, terrible service from Milton Thai.

We ordered at 7.20pm and they replied letting us know the food would be with us by 8.20pm we had to ring them 3 times - even after their closing hours! It didn´t arrive here until 9.45, the food arrived luke warm and needing re-heating and it basically ruin our family friday night in, with the kids not getting to bed until late as a result. We emailed them to complain but have had no responce.
