Well, the delivery took about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then once I got the food, after calling and calling, the Udon Noodle container was broken. They said they would compt me one on my next order, and remove the charge from my bill. But then, once I got the sushi, there was no soya sauce. I called the place yet again to inquire where the lady was not helpful and told me that next time to ask for it! I will never order from this place again! Such a bad experience.

It took an hour after being told my delivery was on its way before it showed up (1 and a half hours after ordering), and when it did one of the dishes was wrong. The food was nothing special and not worth the wait.

Horrible. Over an hour late and the hot food had gone cold. The sushi was not fresh and I ended up spitting one of them out it tasted so bad. Paid over 20 pounds and ordered 4 dishes, and had the 2 of us actually eaten it, we would have still been hungry as portions were tiny. So it´s peanut butter sandwiches now. Very disappointed.

It was very nice meal, but as i´m allergic to chilli and spicy food it would be useful if they indicate in the menu if something is spicy (hot) or has chilli in it. For that reason i only could eat the rice in the chicken salad. Thanks

They messed up the order between Just Eat and Mori, they still owe me £4 for the last 4 months. I have to go and pick it up, given up waste of time! Between them and JE they could not sort it out, JE said they could not do a refund, where Mori also said the same, I think JE should be responsible, but no point contacting them as they just fobbed me off! Only use this site as it´s easy to order from, but forget customer services of JE Total RUBBISH!
