I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I usually recieve very good service from New Dragon and the food is usually lovely. However, a few months back we had a problem with the pricing on the menu and we didnt use them for a while. We decided to give them another try, and I am disappointed that we did. We recieved plain bland and dry chicken wings instead of the salt and pepper chicken wings, and the portion sizes were tiny for the price! When I called to complain, a lady who didnt speak very good english was very very rude, and even put the phon down on me. After what turned from a discussion to an arguement, she passed me on to someone else who was also vry rude towards me. I am very disappointed in the restaurants lack of respect and customer service and I will be telling everybody I know not to order from this takeaway!

Food was good,tasty and hot and delivered before estimated time. Only thing they lost points on was our order was over £30 and they didn´t even send free prawn crackers, bit stingy we thought, as most places send them complimentary.

Starter was nice, had Spicy Chicken Wings with Salt & Chilli which were very good. However for main I had Singapore Rice Noodles which was inedible: bland, tasteless, the meat was chewy and it somehow managed to be both soggy and dry. I couldn´t eat it and ended up throwing it away after the first few spoonfuls. Considering it was described as their best noodle dish I was very disappointed. The service was fine and they delivered on time.
