Ordered my meal at 9pm, due to be delivered at 10pm. At 10.40pm no sign of meal contacted take-away and they hadn´t even started my meal. Complete shambles of a business and couldn´t even offer anything apart from an unconvincing "Sorry". Avoid if you would like your dinner the same evening!

My boyfriend and I have ordered from this takeaway around 7 or 8 times in the past year. Until tonight, we had no issues at all with this establishment. However, tonight I had ordered the set meal for 1 and also a portion of sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. When our order got delivered, we discovered the chips had not arrived with our order. We phoned New Golden Bell to explain this to them only to be greeted by a rude female member of staff who told us you do not get chips with the set meal and then she hung up on us! My boyfriend phoned back to say that they were on our order invoice and on the Menu under Set Meal for One. This time she said "well, you´re not getting any chips!" and hung up the phone on us. I was left feeling very unimpressed, then as I started eating my food I realised the sweet and sour chicken was not cooked properly. I am appalled with this level of customer service, I myself work in a shop and know what manner you should deal with customer enquiries and complaints. We will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as every other time we have had no complaints!!

Food was good but the delivery was 50 minutes late. When it eventually came was told one of their delivery drivers had taken ill, which would have been fine if they´d phoned me 50minutes before to inform me there would be such a delay. On top of that, there were meant to be chips with my order which did not come.
