Ordered food did not turn up after an hour. Contacted No 1 Pizza they informed me they did not recieve the order despite them accepting it! They did not bother to contact me or just eat to inform us that there were problems with processing my order. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

Food was ok but the worst delivery service ever!!!! The driver could not find us eventhough others have and when I described it he still could not find us. He insisted he was at the door when I could see he wasn´t, I dont think he wanted to get out of his car wherever he was. I had to keep calling him back and the shop just to get my food. I ended up waiting outside for 15mins just to get my food, I may as well have picked it up and when the driver arrived he was just like oh this place here, he didn´t even apologise!!! I wouldn´t waste my time or money on this place again.

I was very disappointed, No.1 Pizza never fails to satisfy me - but just this once I will have to mark it DOWN! Here is my (very short) list of complaints: 1) Paying £7+something for 2 vegetarian lasagnes I didn´t order! ´How?´ you ask? Well I specifically remember ordering the meat lasagne and I could very well understand if they had run out of them at that particular time, that´s ok, and if they´d called me to let me know the situation so I could perhaps change my order - that would have been very well and alright and good and proper - but they didn´t and I´d rather they cancel the whole order than serve me something I didn´t initially ask for without my permission. 2) These very lasagnes not being properly cooked. At first I actually thought I was suppose to finish the job myself. The sheets were hard and uncooked along the edges, it was watery and not completely defrosted in places (shock!)and the garlic bread on top (because of the other two factors) were soggy and not at all crispy and warm the way they should be. 3) The salad I ordered along with the lasagne would have been perfect - it had a reasonable dose of prawns and the sauce wasn´t bad - except for one thing, it was very bad value for money and indeed so were the lasagnes - I could have had them, for £1.50 less, at twice the size of what they brought me. I learned my lesson and I have to say, from this moment on, never again will I order lasagne and salad from No.1 - I´m sticking to a strictly pizza and ribs diet when it comes to them! And that very side of ribs I ordered with the lasagne and salad is the only reason why this review isn´t down to ´1´ (wish there could be a lower mark) for quality... Good day.

I have never had a problem with number one pizza, but when they do get busy, you do have wait a while for the pizza to be done. This is my favourite pizza place in Wolverhampton :)
