Welcome to Organica Pizza Company. All our delicious pizza dough, garlic bread, gluten free dough & soya dough is made by hand, fresh and daily in our environmental friendly shop with the planet in mind! Here at Organica we make most of our ingredients from scratch, from the freshest & tastiest produce, using our secret recipes – we create our own tomato sauce, roast our peppers, caramelize our onions, roast our chicken, fry our aubergines and many many other things! Everything is home made with a huge portion of love! You can be sure that the very minimum amount of sea salt, sugar and oil has been used…and if we do use oil it`s always the extra virgin kind! All our meat and chicken comes from an Organic Soil Association approved butcher called Highlander Organic Foods. Our smooth and silky cow/buffalo mozzarella is from organic Alham Woods farm in Somerset. All our dough is created with Organic flour coming from Bacheldre Watermill Artison Millers.
