Best place for Curries, out of this world in fact. Its not the only place I eat chicken tikka massala. There kebabs need work though to be honest.

The food was a little cold, and I didn´t get chilli sauce on my cheese and chips as I stated in the order comments: maybe they don´t read the order comments? Something to perhaps keep in mind if you´re thinking of ordering on-line like I did. I was a little disappointed which is a shame because I always enjoy Papa Sams after a night out, ESPECIALLY the cheesy chips with chilli sauce. Will be ordering by phone next time so that I can stress the need for the chilli sauce!!

The fries were not cooked properly. The 1.5lt bottle of coke was replaced by a 1.5lt pepsi . The burger lacked sauce, even though I asked for it. The naan bread was cold and hard. the donna meat was horrid...

Meal was good apart from the roast chicken that was slices of chicken breast that were fried. The meat was totally inedible and like dry rubber, the fries were white and not cooked properly. The curry and garlic bread were very good though.

we order regulary form papa sams.staff are great and friendly.food always arrives at time they say. great food love the bhuna.would defo recommend. we throw away other take away menu´s dont need them.

Placed our order, and then received a call because the on line menu didn´t match the actual menu. Confusion rained. The order then turned up minus one complete meal! Our call wasn´t dealt with satisfactorily, with complete indifference to the missing food, and no apology. How to win customers and get repeat business. Not!
