Ordered just before the shop opened, for food to be delivered asap but we had to wait about one and a half hours before the food arrived. Asked (typed in the comments box)for free offer of garlic bread as we spent £18 +, which didn´t arrive. Paid for a portion of curry sauce, which didn´t arrive. Overall, the food was nice but disappointed about the waiting time and missing food.

My son missed out on his tea as the chips did not seem cooked properly they were horrid, and all i got was .. we will give you something free next time, instead of this being replaced so i had to do something else for my son

Dreadful delivery time (over 2 hours!!). We only managed to get hold of them after an hour and a half of trying. We were told the order was on its way but had to phone back a 2nd time as nothing had arrived. We were then told that they´d phone us back once they had spoken to their driver but are still waiting for that call. When the food eventually arrived, I queried the driver whether it usually takes so long for them to deliver and certainly didn´t get an apology! On a positive, the parmesan was very nice but the chips were rubbish.

Perfect Pizza " The Perfect place to say one thing and completely say the other on a different conversation. Quality of the food was very nice, The food was cooked properly and served in accordingly decent boxes unlike some of the other cheap places. Service was utterly terrible. We ordered online over Just eat, The order came as we said however we noticed the free pizza was not present we phoned up to ask them about it and they told us they would send one out. After around 1 hour we phoned back up to ask where our free pizza had gone, The reply was simply " Its your fault for ordering online we dont give them unless you ask for them ? Hold on a minute " When we first phoned up we told you that we ordered online and you where going to give us a free pizza, Now your telling us we cant have one and now your saying its our fault ? Are you serious ? LIES ! the female who we spoke to told us she had worked their a long time , Fair enough that completely irrelevant to our conversation anyway but i must say first time talking to you i did not see any noticeable long term experience. Although a free pizza means nothing to me, I was questioning the noticeable lies they where telling us of course theirs 2 sides of the coin. Although i was freakin ****** off with your assistant, Your food was rather nice and the food came quick so thank you. But from my personal experience i would consider teaching your assistant some bloody manners so :she does not get herself into trouble.

DREADFUL! Thought I would give them one more try, after a previous bad experience where they had delivered food to the wrong address (by which they then picked it up and delivered it to the correct address stone cold) Had complained that it was cold, and was then confronted with abuse. Dropped off food tonight which was not only burnt, but also raw, which is pretty talented to get both done, and they had got the order completely wrong. Don´t bother ordering from them, you are better off ordering from Craigs in Darlington, the food is alot nicer, and at least they deliver it hot, and deliver what you ordered.

chips tasted like they had been reheated and ham on pizza badly burn (black as charcoal) but they tried to hide it under extra cheese, out of last 6 take aways from there ive had to ring 5 times as something not there or order wrong, NEVER AGAIN

Took 2 hours for delivery. Just-eat said it was a technical problem with their ordering system, delivery driver said the chef was out the back having a fag when the order came in and he forgot about it. The spicy chips are cheap freezer chips covered in curry powder! Manky food and lousy service, perfect!
