I ordered 2 portions of chips and cheese and 2 portions of chicken pakora. I waited nearly 40 mins for delivery. Once food arrived I only got 1 portion of chips and cheese and I did get my 2 portions of chicken pakora. When I called Pizza De Roma to tell them about only getting 1 chips and cheese he was very rude to and eventually agreed to get another portion delivered then I also told him my other portion of chips and cheese was cold and he said that´s not his problem and was rude again. I then called the customer help line and they spoke to him and I was to get a full refund. Now while this was going on I thought that I would get a new portion of chip and cheese so me and my sister ate 5 chicken pakora´s leave 3 out of 8. He called me and started giving me more abuse and swearing shouting at me down the phone I was willing to pay for what was ate which was 1 portion of chicken pakora plus 1 out of the other portion but instead because of the way he was being it was easier to pay for both.I will be telling family and friends about this and I think that the man in pizza de roma really needs to rethink about the attitude he has with his customers!Therefore I would not recommend this take away!!!

delivery driver tried to charge me an extra £3.50 on top of my original delivery charge of £2. Therefore almost £5.50 in delivery charges!! Joke...

Pizza was burnt, and got conned, the order only came to £13.30 but was charged £13.80 when delivery guy camr to door. Wasn´t going to argue for 50p but do NOT appreciate being conned aswell as getting a burnt meal. Will not use again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a calzone chicken tikka & jalapeno pizza (without the jalapenos) and a can on coke. Received a can of diet coke and a regular 12" chicken tikka WITH jalapeno pizza. Clearly did not read the order. Absolute joke.
