they forgot to deliver mozzarella sticks and a can, and replaced fried chicken + chips with a bit of chicken pakora. pizza was average, delivery time was half an hour late, and they didn´t bring half the order. a tenner for a rubbish pizza and pakora, shocking.

First of all, i didnt hear from them for 1hr 30mins after my order. Then i was told they didnt have the stuff to make my pizzas. If this was the case why did it take 1hr 30 mins to tell me. Shocking. this is now the seconnd or third time i have used this website and all the times i have experienced a problem. All very wel lmaking it easy to see places to place order but when they simply do not work its not worth the hassle. Shocking experience of both shop and website. goodbye JUSTEAT (never again)

My experience ordering from Pizza direct was the worst. I pre-ordered it so it can be on time, and, not only did it arrive 45min after the pre-ordered time, the driver was also rude when i complainted...not ordering from them ever again

pizza was very hot, delivery was good as well as service, however it could have been a bit more delicious. but it was good!
