Pizza Planet

I made an order last night & it was confirmed with a delivery time of 45mins. After waiting an hour & a half I had received no contact from the restaurant & still no food. It´s completely ridiculous! So no food was ever delivered & no phone call or apology from this place! It is a shame as I don´t want to leave a negative review but to just not bother to delivery anything or let me know why is disappointing & for that reason I´ll never be ordering from here again. A response & a reason would be nice but I think I´ll probably receive an excuse.
