ordered a pizza online, waited until the estimated delivery time and nothing turned up. Called twice to check where delivery was and was told that it was on its way but it never turned up. Do not ever use these arseholes again!!!

Thin crust pizza was thick and doughy, food arrived barely warm and did not taste good. Would not recommend at all.

The food was 20 minutes late, but the delivery driver was polite. The food was not up to usual standards though. The Pizza was ok, but not really hot. The onion rings, potato skins and garlic bread were all burnt and we didn´t eat them. That was £20 not well spent!

Have used Pizza Plus for years.The delivery was unacceptable-concertined pizza!Took 5 phone calls to get a replacement pizza.No apology,just a ´we are very busy´.Never again!

Order placed around 11pm food arrived 12.30am. Tried to ring shop around 12.15 to see if there were any probs, no answer. Decided to drive down to the shop to find out what was going on, turns out shop was closed and everyone gone. This was about 12.20 and it says shop closes as 12.45! Got call from home saying the delivery guy had finally come, only to find that he had spilled one of the dips all over the bag and containers! A lot of the food was also going cold and the spaghetti was very dry. Normally good, but today was absolutely horrible today. Would not recommend ordering anywhere near closing time!
