Welcome to Pizza Birmingham located in Lichfield Road delivering food straight to your door via Just-Eat.co.uk. We are proud about the quality food we serve. We only use original Italian ingredients and preparation techniques in order to make our food taste exactly as it does in Italy. Our delicious pastas are made at the time of ordering ~ we never use any pre cooked or pre boiled stuff! ~ and we don't make shortcuts> In fact, we might require some extra time to prepare our dishes as tehy are made fresh from scratch. We are promoters of the "slow food" concept being in it's preparation and consumption. Try our tempting pizzas with a very thin and slightly burnt crust (as done in Rome) oven baked to perfection! Our dough is freshly made daily according to our own recipe, involving a special blend of hard and soft flour imported directly from Naples (South Italy) which produces a unique combination of crunchiness and softeness. Simply tasteful and delicious!
