I normally have no problems with this place but on this occasion has been disgraceful. received the wrong order, rude person and undermining women. i would never order from this place again. the manner of this place is beyond a joke. learn how to speak respectfuly to women will be a good start then learn how to handle compliants, not get cocky and and make out its the customer fault who got the wrong order. am sorry but did your customer come into your kitchen and make the food? no!!! ordering online and making the order very clear, then on collection confirming the order...and they still get it wrong...clearly £4.00 means an awful lot that they couldn´t resolve the issue. but dont worry when you give your customers wrong orders and be rude and very disrespectful theyll be going elsewhere where they will be given correct orders and spoken to politely. bunch of silly fools.

missing item off order, complained straight away told it was on its way, never arrived, wrong drinks sent, had to complain to just eat to get refund, this is not the first time
