Delivery was prompt, but the delivery guy seemed to have trouble knocking loud enough to be heard and had to phone to be let in. Food was excellent, I would recommend the Balti Butter Masala.

Had to have a 15 min conversation directing the driver to my home even though he had already delivered to our address. Really inconvenient. The driver asked for a tip which I though was bad manners as he had forgotten to bring a bottle of juice and told us he wouldn´t arrange for us to get it.

Took an hour to arrive. Driver got lost twice on the way here. Turned up eventually - £25 and no rice in sight!
